Shipping

Shipping to Austria and Germany:

Up to 5 working days - €6

Shipping to rest of Europe:

Up to 5 working days - €7

Please, keep in mind that the above delivery times are valid for items in stock. We keep stock very low and produce mainly made-to-order, which we believe is the most sustainable way of producing. Therefore, delivery times (including production) may take up to 12 working days. Thank you for your understanding!

Returns Policy 

In case of a damaged product, we are going to refund the purchase price and take over the return costs.

In case of an exchange for a different size, specification of a wrong address when ordering or a non-timely collection of the item from the post office, we will refund the purchase price but not take over the shipping or return costs.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via bank transfer or PayPal, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Please note it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at hello@dgoldenhour.com and send your item to: Bratya Miladinovi 12/1/12, 9700 Shumen, Bulgaria.

Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.  Once the returned item is received, a gift credit code will be e-mailed to you, which will be valid for one calendar year from the date of issue.

If the item wasn't shipped as a gift when purchased, and the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the gift credit code to the gift giver, and they will be responsible for arranging your return.

Shipping of Returns

To return your product, please mail it to: Desislava Georgieva, Bratya Miladinovi 12/1/12, 9700 Shumen, Bulgaria.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance, since we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
